Nurse Specialist

Rachel is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and the owner of Rachel Duke Injectables — Richmond’s first independent injectables boutique.

A former emergency room nurse, Rachel discovered a love for aesthetics and built nearly two decades of experience as an injector.

Allergan Medical Institute tapped her to become a faculty member in 2015, which allows her to share her knowledge with others through national conferences and private training sessions.

Rachel is a skincare expert who trains extensively, networks with fellow injector professionals, travels to professional conferences for the latest trends and techniques, and attends advanced anatomy or hands-on cadaver courses annually to deepen her knowledge in facial anatomy.

A native of New Jersey and lover of travel and Coco Chanel, Rachel enjoys her adopted home of Richmond with her husband, Patrick, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, River. She supports such nonprofits as World Pediatrics and Little Hands Virginia.

Having trained under Rachel Duke, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to our practice, with 13 years of experience in various clinical specialties, including cardiac, labor and delivery, and plastic surgery.

In 2020, she discovered her passion for aesthetic nursing, becoming certified in injectables, skincare, and laser treatments.

Rebecca creates personalized treatment plans that address your unique concerns, employing her proficiency in injectables, skin care, and laser treatments. She stays at the forefront of aesthetic practices through continuous training and conferences. Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, John, daughter, Ellie, and their two miniature dachshunds, Frankie and Lady. As a military family, they’ve spent 12 years in Hampton Roads and are thrilled to return to Richmond, embracing outdoor activities, travel and good food.

Coordinator

Kailyn joins our team after relocating from North Dakota, where she built a strong foundation in customer service and front desk management at Vance Thompson Vision. She also brings leadership experience from her time managing at Aldi.

Kailyn is passionate about her personal and professional growth, and brings a strong work ethic and genuine care for people to the world of aesthetics.

In her free time, Kailyn enjoys crocheting, playing tennis, hiking and traveling. Her favorite color is yellow, because it symbolizes happiness and optimism — which is exactly the energy she brings to every interaction.
